Shop Small: Torrain Recycled Bags

   Nyla is the owner and designer of TORRAIN. While traveling in Southeast Asia in 2009, she noticed the discarded agricultural bags in Cambodia & met the artisans who she currently works with. All products are extremely durable, lightweight  and water resistant! The materials were originally used to transport feed, rice, & cement and the liner is recycled from plastic bottles. For every bag sold, $1 is donated to select organizations that support sustainable practices and healthy communities worldwide. 

    My favorite products from Torrain are the sling packs. They also have a wide variety of totes & messenger bags (even wine totes). Each product comes in several different unique prints. These bags are perfect for hiking, festivals, or normal day-to-day activities. I also love that their products are unisex (boyfriend gift idea).
