Eat Small: The Lost Bean

I visited the original lost bean in Tustin, CA. They have 4 other locations in Orange County & are opening another soon. Due to COVID-19 restrictions they are allowing take out orders or patio dining. For them, the idea of being “lost” in the modern world means not having every moment mapped out — freeing yourself from a sense of obligation even if just for a small part of the day or an inspired moment. It’s their goal to always act with an environmental conscience and generate a positive change within their community. They know that each person constructs their own sense of freedom and they hope to create an atmosphere in which anyone can become “lost “ whenever they need to.
