Night-time Skincare Routine
It has been the first night in awhile that I have done my head-to-toe nighttime routine. After a long couple of weeks it was nice to unwind and relax. Honestly, it made me feel just so refreshed. I need to make time for this every night!
In a different post I will be going over my shower and fake tan routine, but for now I'm going to focus on my all-natural skincare products.
1. MAKEUP REMOVER
(if my face wash in the shower doesn't remove all of my makeup I use this before I start with my oils/creams)
INGREDIENTS: natural tear-free soap, fractionated coconut oil, distilled water, essential oils
To use: apply to cotton ball or cloth and gently wipe to remover your makeup
2. SKIN CLEANSING OIL - DRY + NORMAL -
INGREDIENTS: grape-seed oil, castor oil, sunflower oil, reship oil, neem nut oil, lavender + frankincense essential oils
To use: massage quarter size amount into skin steam with hot washcloth and wipe clean
-the oil cleansing method is based on the principal the oil breaks down oil
-this oil gives cleaner clearer skin without harsh chemicals
3. NOURISHING NIGHT-TIME CREAM (my favorite step)
INGREDIENTS: organic aloe juice, grape-seed oil, beeswax, distilled water, sodium borate, rose and lavender, neroli, chamomile essential oils
I literally get so excited to do my nighttime routine because of this cream. It is so so nourishing and the scent makes me instantly relaxed. At first, the scent was kind of different but now it just has this calming affect over me.
helps to: correct dark spots, hydrate dry, itchy skin, all while reducing scars and fine lines. apply at night to fight signs of aging and awaken with skin that looks as fresh as you feel.
4. BLEMISH BALM
(chapstick for your blemishes)
INGREDIENTS: beeswax, raw shea butter, baking soda, tea tree + lavender essential oils
use to relieve skin of blemishes + irritations
