20 a day!! (Fitness Routine)

 In need of some workout motivation? Especially after being in quarantine for several months I need something to jumpstart my workout regimen. Lately, I've been feeling like I need a trainer to slap me into working out.. it's so much easier when you have someone to hold you accountable. My mom mentioned to me that when she was younger she would ALWAYS do sit-ups & pushups before she went to bed everyday. 


That got me thinking... what if I consistently build the habit to do a small workout right when I wake up & right before I go to sleep. Any other workouts I incorporate that week would be extra. I just need something to jumpstart better habits. 

MY EVERYDAY WOROUT REGIMEN: 

(You can change the numbers each week depending on your levels of strength or fatigue. )

These numbers are what I can handle personally so adjust them according to what you can handle & try to increase weekly if possible. As far as the exercises themselves, these are things I personally want to work on & improve on my own body. Feel free to incorporate any other exercises you personally see fit for yourself. 

-20 pushups

-50 sit-ups 

-20 fire hydrants 

-20 donkey kicks

........and that's it. 

It might not seem like a lot but try to do this consistently everyday when you wake up & before you go to sleep. Then get back to me!
